FairFab provides a 3D printing/manufacturing service, not a design, CAD repair, engineering validation, or product development service.
You are responsible for ensuring uploaded files are correctly prepared, printable, scaled, oriented as intended, and suitable for the selected process, material, and settings.
Quotes and print outcomes depend on the geometry and settings you provide.
3D printing carries inherent risks including warping, shrinkage, layer lines, support marks, surface variation, dimensional tolerance variation, failed prints, material behaviour, and other manufacturing defects.
FairFab may make reasonable production adjustments such as orientation, supports, brim or raft, slicer settings, or minor preparation necessary for printing. This does not constitute design verification.
FairFab is not responsible for defects caused by unsuitable, incomplete, non-manifold, incorrectly scaled, poorly oriented, or otherwise problematic customer files.
Failed prints may require reprinting, manual review, or cancellation/refund at FairFab's discretion, depending on cause and feasibility.
Lead times are estimates and may be affected by print failures, machine availability, material availability, quality control, or delivery/pickup timing.
Turnaround time is production/processing time only and does not include Royal Mail shipping or transit time.
You must have the right to upload and manufacture the submitted file.
Orders are produced from the uploaded file and selected print settings.
Because this is a custom manufacturing service, cancellations and refunds may be limited once production has started, except where required by law.
